Signl Networks, Inc. (“Signl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to being clear about how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to Signl websites, artist pages, fan experiences, campaign pages, forms, communications, and related services we operate (collectively, the “Services”).

Some Signl experiences are presented together with a participating artist, brand, agency, or other partner. Where that is the case, we tell you when your information is being collected for, or shared with, that partner.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Name

• Email address

• Mobile telephone number

• ZIP code, city, state, or general location

• Age or date of birth, when required

• Artist or music preferences

• Fan interests and preferences

• Responses to surveys, contests, promotions, or campaign forms

• Communications you send to Signl or participating artists

• Information you submit when registering for or participating in a fan experience

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as:

• Device and browser information

• IP address

• Approximate location derived from your IP address

• Pages viewed and links clicked

• Referral and source information

• Campaign interactions

• Form activity

• Email or SMS engagement, where permitted

• Create and manage fan profiles and experiences

• Deliver artist news, content, perks, offers, and communications you request or consent to receive

• Generate analytics and reporting

• Communicate with you about the Services

• Prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents

• Protect the rights and safety of Signl, participating artists, partners, and users

3. PARTICIPATING ARTISTS

Signl provides technology and infrastructure that enables participating artists to build and engage their fan communities.

When you register through or interact with a participating artist’s Signl-powered experience, information collected through that experience may be made available to that artist, as disclosed to you at the time of collection.

Participating artists may use that information to communicate with fans, provide artist content and experiences, understand their audiences, and manage fan relationships, subject to applicable law and the disclosures and choices presented to you.

4. BRANDS, SPONSORS, AND OTHER PARTNERS

Some Signl experiences may be sponsored by or presented together with an identified brand, agency, or other partner.

If personally identifiable information you provide will be shared with a sponsor or other partner for that party’s independent use, we will identify the applicable partner and disclose the sharing at or before the time the information is collected.

If a sponsor receives only aggregated, statistical, or de-identified campaign reporting, we may provide information about campaign reach, engagement, conversions, audience characteristics, and performance without providing information reasonably intended to identify individual fans.

Partners receiving personal information for their own purposes may have their own privacy policies and practices.

5. SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may disclose personal information to vendors and service providers that help us operate the Services, including providers of hosting, customer relationship management, communications, analytics, security, campaign administration, payment processing, and technical support.

These providers may process information on our behalf subject to applicable contractual obligations and law.

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to:

• Operate the Services

• Remember preferences

• Understand traffic and usage

• Measure engagement

• Measure campaign performance

Where required by applicable law, we provide choices regarding non-essential cookies and tracking technologies through our privacy controls.

7. EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe mechanism contained in the message.

If you affirmatively opt in to receive text messages, your participation is also governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

8. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect our legal rights, and satisfy legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

No method of transmitting or storing information can guarantee absolute security, however, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss will never occur.

Signl does not sell personal information for money.

Certain uses of advertising, analytics, cookies, or similar technologies may nevertheless be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising” under certain state privacy laws.

Where applicable, you may exercise legally available opt-out rights through the Privacy Choices controls provided on the Services.

Where required by applicable law, we recognize qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.

12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and Signl does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Certain campaigns, promotions, or experiences may impose a higher minimum age, which will be disclosed with the applicable experience.

If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, social networks, streaming services, ticketing services, merchandise providers, and other services.

Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Signl is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.

14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we do, we will post the revised policy and update the “Last Updated” date above. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required by applicable law.
